Client Services We Offer

Day Time Visits

We provide visits to check on your pet(s) in your home so that they remain in their own familiar environment. This helps them feel more comfortable while you are away, while receiving the care they would normally receive in their home. We spend about 45 min. per visit to allow for outside breaks, exercise or walks and play. Some inside care and play time is also provided so they are happy and comfortable. We always check to make sure that there is fresh water available before we leave. This is a great option for pets with social or separation anxiety.

Day Time Visits are available for homes within 30 mile radius. This includes Texas communities and surrounding areas near: Sour Lake, Kountze, Silsbee, Lumberton, Evadale, Beaumont, Fannett, Winnie, Nome, China, Devers, and Ames.

Overnight Stay

If you are planning on being away from your pet(s) overnight or for a number of days and need someone to care for your pets, we are prepared to do just that. We can not only stay during the night with your pet(s) so they will feel more comfortable in their own environment, but also they have their own bed, food supplies, etc which will keep them happy. This is a great option for pets with social or separation anxiety.

In-Home overnight stay is available to anyone within a 65 mile radius. A mileage charge is applied over 25 miles travel.

Pet Exercise / walks

We want your pet(s) to remain healthy and happy. They need to have time to go outside not only for nature calls, but so they can run and play. Walks can also be done to gain exercise for your pet(s).

Administer Prescribed Medication as needed

If your pet(s) have medications which have been prescribed for them, the directions you provide us will allow us to properly administer those medications to you pet(s) as needed.

Feeding as Directed

Your pet(s) diet is important to us. We want to learn from you what food you feed your pet(s), how much you feed them and what their normal feeding time is. If there are any special instruction regarding their feeding habits, we would like to know so we can keep their mealtime as normal to routine as possible.

service for your pet(s). Let us help provided a healthy and happy experience for them while you are away. By keeping them in their

own familiar environment, they feel more comfortable even

though you are away from them for a short while.

Helping you Feel Secure

Before we accept any job, a meet and greet is generally scheduled so we can meet the clients and their pet(s). This provides an opportunity for introductions with the pet in a comfortable setting with the pet owners there. Forming an early bond with your pet(s) can ease their discomfort about their owners being gone if someone they have met before is there to provide love and care for them. Information that is necessary for the job may be obtained at this time as well.

Becca is also a Notary Signing Agent and is required to have an annual Criminal Background Check not only in a local area, but also for the State of Texas and on a National level.

Boarding Available at the Ranch

Planning on being away for an extended trip, or have concerns about just leaving your fur-babies unattended at home while you are working, shopping, or spending time with friends out on the town. We can help with that. Your dog(s) will be in an area provided with air and heating for their comfort, and with large comfortable cots for bedding down. They will have plenty of outside supervised play time at no extra cost to you. Consider boarding your dog(s) with us for extended stay or for simply Doggie Day Care. Boarding Pick-up is by noon Monday - Saturday. Sunday's, Pick-up time is between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm. Late pick up is charged another day service.

Grooming Services Available: Pet Baths, Flea treatment, Shampooing, Conditioning, Blowout, Brushing, Nails Trimmed (painting on request), Ear Cleaning and Breath freshener.

Your pet will enjoy the beauty and fresh air of the county while being provided a boarding solution meeting your needs. They will receive the love and care as though they are a member of our own family. We strive to provide them a comfortable environment for them to have a healthy, happy and safe experience during their stay-cation. We can't wait to see you here at The Ranch!!!
